I should like to point
out that I was misinformed by the press statement that the IPCC Draft
Report had been "released". What has been "released" is the following
website
from which you are supposed to register and receive a
username and password. They still claim the report is confidential
despite the fact that there have appeared in the press several articles
boosting its main conclusions.
They have blocked the previous password and issued a new one.
I would like to apologise for revealing the old password.
